Paul Fox is the fourth generation of the Fox family to lead the business, carrying forward a near-century legacy with a modern, forward-looking edge. Starting as a teenager washing wagons, he learned the company’s operations from the ground up, gaining first-hand insight into every aspect of the business. Since taking the reins from his grandfather Harold in 2007, Paul has combined a fresh vision with the traditional values that built the company’s reputation. Passionate about sustainability and driven by a relentless pursuit of perfection, he has transformed the organisation into a multi-faceted circular construction solutions leader.

Under his guidance, the company has grown through strategic acquisitions and targeted investments, earning a place at the forefront of sustainable construction. Paul continues to steer the business with innovation, environmental responsibility, and uncompromising quality at its core — ensuring the Fox legacy endures for generations to come.

Andy joined the business in 2024 and has over 40 years’ experience as a senior leader in the building materials industry, with a strong track record running UK operations, driving growth, leading restructures, and hitting financial targets.

Most recently he was Managing Director at Holcim UK Aggregates Division, the largest aggregates division in Holcim Europe. Before that he held a range of senior roles across Holcim & Tarmac, including Director of Business Excellence & Performance and Head of Technical & R&D.

He has experience leading multiple UK acquisitions, from smaller bolt-ons to larger deals, and driven  mineral replenishment and acquisition strategies.

Barry joined the Group as CFO in 2024 having held several senior leadership roles in the industry. ICAEW qualified with 20 years of experience at PwC and EY before holding several senior finance roles at Holcim UK and, then serving on the Executive Committee of Holcim UK as MD of the Cement business and then MD of the Readymix division.

Before joining Fox, Barry also worked as Integration Director for SigmaRoc Plc, the highly acquisitive AIM-listed industrial minerals and construction business.

John joined the business in 2019, following more than 25 years in senior positions across the Construction, Infrastructure, and Utilities sectors. As Group Commercial Director at Enterprise PLC, an AIMS listed company that was taken private and sold, he was responsible not only for the commercial aspects of the business but also for wider strategic and operational matters. John has played an instrumental role in delivering 40 acquisitions with over 25,000 staff.

Since joining Fox Group, John has worked closely with Paul to lead the company’s expansion, culminating in the Stellex investment in September 2024. His areas of expertise include acquisitions, corporate strategy, commercial contract management, and oversight of legal and HR functions, making him a key figure in both operational leadership and long-term business development.
