Company founder Dennis Nugent (1943-1996) established the company with his two sons Shaun and Darren in 1993; forming the name DSD.

Dennis’s drive, passion, commitment and love for construction is embedded within our company ethos to this day. His dedication to developing and nurturing the skills of his workforce in order to provide a high quality, multi-disciplined service is what has helped us to grow into the company that we are today.

Our apprentices are enrolled on to an NVQ Level 2 or above – specific to their job role and career aspirations whilst supplemented with in-house training and learning along the way.
